Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
- Major Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on selected products and promotional offers.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most cities in Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email (if available), allowing you to track your shipment.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If the order remains undelivered due to an incorrect address or unavailability, it may be returned to us.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package with photos of the product and packaging.
